Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Purchase & Delivery: Digital gift cards are purchased online and sent directly via email. Each gift card includes a unique QR code and/or written redemption code.
Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed towards food, beverages. Simply present the QR code on your mobile device or bring the written code when paying your bill.
Expiry Date: All gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after 6 months will automatically expire and cannot be extended or refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Cards:
Please treat your gift card code like cash. We are unable to replace, refund, or reissue lost, stolen, or unauthorised gift cards once sent.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, returned for a refund, or used to purchase additional gift cards.
